We apologize to our loyal customers who smoke, but due to the health of customers and employees, along with our inability to completely block smoke flow from smoking rooms to non-smoking areas, and the increasing popularity of non-smoking rooms, we will no longer offer smoking rooms after March 15, 2007.  Smoking outside the buildings and by the pool will still be acceptable.

We have all types of rooms: "Standard", "Deluxe" & "Suites".  If you want to be on the "pool side" of the building, you will choose either a "Deluxe" or "Suite".  If you don't care about facing the pool, choose a "Standard" room.  Our rates & more descriptions of our rooms are located elsewhere on this web site.

Our "Standard" rooms are not on the pool-facing side of the building.  These rooms  have the same furnishings as a "Deluxe" room, but have a 19" television (instead of 25") and do not have a microwave.  (They do have a refrigerator).

Our "Deluxe" rooms are on the pool-facing side of the building.  These rooms have a 25" television and have a microwave or refrigerator.

Our "Suites" are almost a one-bedroom apartment.  There is a living room with a kitchenette area.  The living room has a 31" television and a sofa bed.   There is a separate bedroom with a king bed.  This room has a 19" television.  When you rent a "Suite" the kitchenette is included & is not an extra charge.

"Kitchen" rooms.  We have 7 kitchens that are between different "Standard" or "Deluxe" rooms.  When you rent a kitchen, all we do is unlock and open the door.  The kitchen opens up into your room.  Sometimes friends rent 2 adjoining rooms with a kitchen in between and share the kitchen.  Kitchens are only $12 per day.

We've found that many of our guests that stay for an extended period of time get by just fine in a "Deluxe" room with a microwave and refrigerator.  The costs of eating in restaurants is pretty reasonable in Yuma.  Example: Chester's Chuck Wagon has "all you can eat fish (ribs, etc; depending on the day)" lunch/dinners for around $7.95.  Here's a sample of the places nearby:  JB's (across street), Super Buffet (across street), Burgers & Beer, Hometown Buffet, Hunter Restaurant, Del Taco, Burger King, Carrows, etc.

This room is a sample of our Standard and Deluxe Room.  The Standard rooms are not on the pool side.  The Deluxe rooms face the pool, have a 25" TV (vs. 19" for the Standard rooms), have a refrigerator & microwave.
